Cookie Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
1. What Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary: login session and security cookies, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on forms. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), used to understand site usage. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
2. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent portal login from working.
3. Consent and Choices
We use non-essential (analytics) cookies to improve the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time with the cookie settings on this page or Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and you can block cookies in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals: when your browser sends one, Google Analytics is not enabled.
