1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Account information (name, company, email, phone), usage data (lookups, monitored carriers, alert activity), and billing information. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider (Authorize.Net); Carrier Lookout does not store raw credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the service, send verification and alert emails, provide support, process billing, and (with consent) send product updates and carrier compliance tips.

4. Service Providers

We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: hosting and infrastructure (Vercel and Upstash); subscription billing (Zoho Billing); payment processing (Authorize.Net); support (Zoho Desk); CRM and email marketing (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns); live chat (Zoho SalesIQ, when enabled); website analytics (Google Analytics); bot and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile); and transactional email (Microsoft 365). We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Carrier and Public-Record Data

The Service displays information about motor carriers obtained from FMCSA and other public or licensed third-party sources. That information may include names, phone numbers, and addresses of carrier owners or contacts. To request correction, carriers should correct their records with FMCSA. 6. Form Submissions & Security Metadata

When you submit forms on our website (such as the contact form, demo requests, or signup), we may collect your IP address, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, the date and time of submission, and the page from which the form was submitted. This information is used for security, spam and abuse prevention, and follow-up on your inquiry (including lead management in our CRM). It is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

7. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the life of the account. Canceled or inactive account data is retained for 12 months, then deleted or anonymized, with advance email notice and an opportunity to export or reactivate, unless a longer retention is required by law or for billing records.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email support@loadmanager.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. An authorized agent may submit a request with written proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out where required.

9. Marketing Emails

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

11. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

12. Data Location

Data is stored and processed in the United States.

13. Changes

We will post updates here and revise the effective date.
