Email verification and secure password setup

Protect your account and recognize the difference between billing email and a secure setup invitation.

Private-preview guidance. Examples and planned account workflows are not confirmation of a live purchase, activated access, or enabled notification service.

What to know

  1. Use an email address you control and keep it accurate during checkout.
  2. Do not forward a password-setup link or paste it into a support message. Treat it as a secret.
  3. Check spam folders and the sender domain before opening an unexpected invitation. Never send a password to support.
  4. An expired or already-used setup link needs a fresh invitation through the approved support flow. Preview email screens do not prove a message was sent.
